【Ingredients】Cupcake Molds, φ3.5cmH2.5cm(15 Muffins)
60g Unsalted butter
60g granulated sugar
50g Whole egg(room temperature)
50g Heavy Whipping cream
100g Cake flour
20g Cocoa powder
2g Baking powder
40g Dark chocolate
For Toppings:
8g sliced almonds
【Directions】
Preparation: Beat the egg well
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
①chop up the chocolate.
②Sift the flour,Cocoa powder, and baking powder together.
③In a bowl, butter and sugar and Mix well.
④Add a beaten egg little by little while mixing with the whisk.
⑤Add Heavy Whipping cream and ② by turns.
Add Heavy Whipping cream,②,Heavy Whipping cream,②,Heavy Whipping cream,② in order.
After adding ②,don't mix too much.
⑥Add ①.
⑦Put the mixture into a pastry bag.
⑧ Mixture squeeze it into baking cups and put the Sliced almonds on top.
⑨Bake at 170℃(338°F)for 17minutes.
⑩When they are done, place them on a wire rack and leave to cool.
*Stick into the muffin with a banboo skewer. It's done if nothing sticks to the skewer, but be careful not to bake too much.
*When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or wrap it.
